Climate change and lack of farm management has serious implications for the rainfed rice producing countries includes Vietnam and India would seriously threaten the food security issues in their nations. Increasing rice farming must be crucial in the near future to recompense for high population growth and the declining of main farmlands. For this purpose, the study emphases the economic impacts of climate change on rice production in rainfed regions of rural Vietnam and India. In addition, it is also explore the potential agricultural management practices to enhance rice yields in rainfed areas. The significant of new management practices for rainfed rice production systems make a positive contribution to the reduction of hunger and poverty those who are largely depend on rice farming as a major source of livelihood.
